Where do i collect my wristband from?

If you purchased your wristband from your youth group or church, you will need to collect your wristband from your youth pastor or leader. If you purchased your wristband online from Youth Alive, you can collect your pass from the Ticketing Desk at HBF Stadium from 5:30PM onwards.

Where do I purchase wristbands?

Wristbands can be purchased from the Ticketing Desk at HBF Stadium from 5:30PM onwards for $10 each. The purchase of a wristband guarantees entry into the main arena in addition to access to the Festival. 

Which door should I go to? 

The door that you have been allocated is printed on your wristband. Follow the signage at HBF Stadium to find the correct entry door. Please note that you can only enter through the door printed on your wristband. If you are planning to attend as a member of the public, please await entry at Door 6 - be advised that public entry is subject to venue capacity and is not guaranteed.

Where do I park? 

On arrival by car, follow the directions given by HBF Stadium car park management staff. 

If arriving by bus as part of a registered youth group, follow the car park management staff guidance - please note: only groups who registered their buses with Youth Alive as part of their group booking will be permitted bus parking. 

What time will the Festival be open? 

The Festival will open at 8:30PM, or at the time when the main program inside the arena concludes. A valid wristband will be needed to enter the Festival zone. 

Where can I buy food? 

Before the Festival is open, you can purchase food from the HBF Stadium outlet inside the building. During the Festival, more options will be available from our vendors. 

Where is the wheelchair access? 

Wheelchair access is via Door 2 - please make yourself known to staff at this entrance for assistance.
